FUCHS Lubricants Co. offers a comprehensive line of synthetics for the metal forming industry. Syndraw and Renoform Syn products provide superior performance without the use of mineral oil. New technology provides access to die lubricants that will meet constantly changing environmental standards, reduce wastewater disposal costs, provide superior part quality, and eliminate the need for expensive wash systems. These products can be used in very diverse applications, and are capable of replacing chlorinated soluble oils. Additional benefits include weld and e-coat compatibility, excellent surface finish, and increased total manufacturing throughput.

Chlorine Replacement Technology
Fuchs' line of non-chlorinated products are formulated to revolutionize the drawing and stamping industry by performing in applications where chlorinated products were once considered the only option in die lubrication. These products are weld compatible and paint/e-coat compatible without using expensive intermediate wash systems, and provide exceptional corrosion protection. This advancement in technology applies to both Fuchs’ non-chlorinated soluble oils and synthetics.

Approved BIW Products
Fuchs' Montgomery line of automotive approved BIW products are approved by Ford, Chrysler, General Motors, Nissan, Honda and Navistar. These products are available as blankwashes, drawing compounds and pre-lubes, mill oils and dry films.

Heavy Duty, Water Soluble Oils
The Tuf Draw and Renoform OS series of products are synonymous with heavy duty drawing and stamping. Fuchs’ diverse soluble oil product line provides exceptional tool & die wear and superior part quality while optimizing cost, even in the most difficult applications. Fuchs also offers a complete line of products that offer excellent microbial control for recirculating applications.

Straight Oils
Fuchs' comprehensive line of straight oils offers superior performance in fineblanking, extrusion and cold heading, and general drawing and stamping applications. The Renoform FB series of products provide die and part lubricity essential in fineblanking operations. Even in the tightest die clearances, Fuchs’ fineblanking oils aid in material flow resulting in clean, sheared cutting plane edges on finished parts.

Fuchs' Renoform EXT series of products provide exceptional part quality with minimal die wear in extrusion and cold heading operations, and are available for dual-sided applications.

The Renoform OL series of products meet a variety of applications needs. These products range from light duty, low viscosity forming oils to heavy duty, high viscosity chlorinated products for very severe operations.
