Industrial - Lubricating Oils

The wide range of Fuchs Industrial Lubricants are formulated to withstand the stress of high speed and force in today’s high performance machines, providing superior lubricity and minimum wear, even under severe loads. Renolin AW Series
Renolin AW Series Lubricants are specially formulated, long lasting products primarily intended for hydraulic applications. Where specified by the manufacturer, they can also be used in certain air compressors. Renolin AW Series Lubricants are fortified with a zinc containing anti-wear package and they offer outstanding oxidation resistance to afford a long and effective service life. Every product in the series provides superior corrosion protection to safeguard equipment and they have de-emulsifying characteristics to permit water to be drawn off.

Renolin HC EP Series
Renolin HC EP is a high performance, multifunctional range of lubricants designed for use in industrial applications such as high pressure hydraulic systems, compressors, injection molding machines and turbines. Renolin HC EP is formulated with specially refined group II base stocks, a multifunctional ashless additive package, and state of the art antioxidant. Lubricants formulated with these components achieve up to 18,000 hours on the ASTM D 943 oxidation tests (depending on the grade). This formulation ensures that Renolin HC EP will provide performance in high temperature environments where extended drain is desired.

Renolin EP Series
The Renolin EP Series of EP (Extreme Pressure) Gear Oils are premium grade EP gear oils suitable for a wide variety of gear lube applications in industrial machinery. All Renolin EP Series products are formulated with selected high V.I. (Viscosity Index) base oils to minimize viscosity changes due to temperature variations. Additionally, they are fortified with EP, anti-wear packages and anti-oxidants to provide excellent lubrication for extended gear life and long term oxidation stability for a long service live. All Renolin EP Series products cling to metal surfaces to provide lubrication for gears on start up and to provide corrosion protection while gears are at rest. The products are not water miscible, so they are especially effective for machine too use. Further, all Renolin EP Series products have low foaming properties to ensure continuous lubrication during use.

Renolin WL Series
Renolin WL Series Lubricants are specially formulated, long lasting, multipurpose products, primarily intended for machinery way lubrication. They can also be used as bearing lubricants and in gear cases. Renolin WL Series Lubricants are not water miscible, are resistant to most metalworking coolants and resist foaming to make them very effective for machine tool use. Renolin WL Series Lubricants provide excellent lubricity for uniform table motion and they have tacky characteristics to ensure that they stay in place. The products have outstanding oxidation resistance and are very stable to afford a long service life. In addition, Renolin WL Series Lubricants provide superior corrosion protection to safeguard equipment and they are light colored with a clean appearance to provide more pleasant working conditions.

Renolin SP Series
Renolin SP Series spindle and light lubrication oils are solvent refines, high V.I., petroleum compounded products designed to meet most spindle (high and low speed) systems. These products are premium grade spindle and lubrication oils with excellent rust and oxidation resistance. They meet most manufacturers’ specifications for high speed applications, and will not shear out of grade. They will separate from most metalworking coolants, resist foaming and have good water demulsifying properties. These characteristics make them especially effective for machine tool use.

Geralyn SF Series
Geralyn SF Series is a selection of fully synthetic food grade lubricants based on select PAO base stock, formulated with high quality rust and oxidation inhibitors and fortified with anti-wear additives. These products are clear, water-white fluids, biologically inert, and manufactured in conformance with US FDA requirements for use where incidental contact with ah food product is possible. Available in ISO viscosity grades 32 to 680. Geralyn SF Series fluids meet the highest food industry standards. They are NSF H-1 registered and meet the requirements of the old USDA H-1 governed by FDA regulation 21 CFR 178.3570, “lubricants with incidental food contact.” They are also approved for use by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and are certified OU Kosher Pareve.

Airline Lubricants
Air Lube Airline Lubricants are formulated specifically to absorb the moisture present in compressed air used in pneumatic tools, air motors and cylinders. They contain a unique emulsifier system designed to encapsulate up to 10% of its weight in water, while corrosion inhibitors form a protective film on metal surfaces, preventing oxidation and rust formation. Made from highly thermally stable base stocks, these hard-working lubricants help eliminate varnish formation and associated valve sticking. Air Lube Airline Lubricants will not leave hard carbon deposits or effect rubber or plastic valves and seals.
