Fuchs can provide traditional 3-stage and 5-stage phosphate products that are designed to give parts exceptional cleaning, coating weight and paint adhesion. We have also designed unique technologies and engineering strategies to reduce water consumption, temperature use, disposal and environmental impact. We have designed a replacement technology for zinc phosphate that is effective on aluminum and galvanized. Our non-chrome sealer utilizes nano-coating technology to substantially improve salt-spray resistance.
