Graphited Oils for Taveling Hearth Tunnel Oven Chains

• STABYLAN^® BAKOIL 100 Fine graphite dispersion in odorless petroleum carrier
• STABYLAN^® BAKOIL 200 Premium flake graphite in odorless petroleum carrier
• STABYLAN^® BAKOIL LS Select, high-carbon graphite blend in odorless petroleum carrier

Hot Applied Oven Chain Lubricants

• STABYLAN^® B 50
  Unique, highly concentrated blend of self-lubricating solids in a synthetic carrier fluid. Safe and clean, non-flammable, odorless, no build-up and doesn’t increase VOCs. Best applied at 250° to 350° F. Extends re-lube intervals to reduce usage and labor costs. Saves energy, protects better and increases chain life.
• STABYLAN^® B 25
  With fewer solids, it is best suited for occasional use in place of ordinary cold-applied products when production schedules dictate that lubricant must be applied to hot chain.

Fully Synthetic Lubes for Conveyorized Ovens

• STABYLAN^® 500 HT
  Fully synthetic ester fluid, ISO 68 VG for precise delivery by most automatic lube STABYLAN^® 600 HT systems.
