Description
PISTON POWDER G2 is a further developed solid lubricant for plungers in pressure die casting. The wax and resin base bodies have been significantly improved by compounding extreme pressure additives and solid lubricants.
Fields of application
For piston lubrication in cold-chamber machinery when pressure die casting aluminium and magnesium. The preferred solution wherever graphited oil and pastes are used.
Application
PISTON POWDER G2 should be injected into the filling chamber in controlled amounts with each shot. This can be done most effectively with a BKR-KOLBEN-STAR dosage injector. Other shot equipment can also be used.
