ALLOYQUENCH 1315W
ALLOYQUENCH 1315W was developed for quenching a wide range of steels from low alloy steels to high alloy tool and die steels.
ALLOYQUENCH 1315W is water washable, making it easy to clean large numbers of components after quenching. The problems of wastewater treatment were taken into consideration when the product was developed and as a result, the washings can be easily split for disposal in a responsible manner.
ALLOYQUENCH 1315W is suitable for use in most types of furnaces, and is particularly suited for bright quenching from vacuum furnaces.
ALLOYQUENCH 1315W is manufactured from premium grades of solvent refined paraffinic mineral oils, together with a unique additive package which ensures that the quenchant has consistent quenching characteristics over a long service life. This combination of premium base oils and additives results in brighter quenched components, which are easier to clean.
