FUCHS surprises yet again at MetalMadrid 2017
Attendees were able to learn first-hand about the latest lubrication technologies thanks to FUCHS, who also gave a technical presentation entitled "Innovation in Developing and Monitoring Machining Fluids".
Throughout its history, MetalMadrid has become one of the indispensable events for professionals in the metalworking industry at a national and international level. Held on the 15th and 16th of November at the Trade Fair Institution of Madrid (IFEMA) and with a 20% increase in attendance, MetalMadrid once again received the sponsorship and participation of FUCHS, the leading company in greases, oils and lubricants for various industry sectors.
Among the more than 450 exhibitors gathered at the fair, FUCHS once again became a point of reference for professional visitors from the metalworking industry, who for two days were able to receive an individualised expert consulting service at its stand, provided by its specialists. Consequently, attendees were able to learn first-hand about cutting-edge lubrication technologies in the wide range of innovations offered by FUCHS, such as:
ECOCOOL 700 Series: High-performance, boron-free, formaldehyde-releasing machining and grinding fluids that allow savings on operating and maintenance costs.
PLANTO MIKRO | ECOCUT MIKRO PLUS: The latest M.Q.L. (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) developments, great savings in consumption and greater safety in the process.
ECOCOOL GLOBAL 10 PLUS: The most advanced technology for alloys with difficult machinability in the aerospace industry.
RENOLIN BH P Series: Hydraulic fluids for a new era, approved by Bosch Rexroth RFT-APU-CL.
RENOCLEAN MSO | FSO Series: Excellent cleaning and degreasing ability for hardening, interfaces and final protection.
ANTICORIT UNI FI: Maximum VCI protection for transport, even in the most extreme conditions.
GLEITMO Series: High-efficiency dry film lubricants providing clean, noise-reducing lubrication for increased passenger comfort.
LUBRICATION PLAN FOR RAIL VEHICLE MAINTENANCE CENTRES aimed at operators specializing in both high-speed mobile units and commercial and goods wagons.
In addition, in the context of the technical conference "Technological Innovations in the Industrial Sector", held on 16 November, Jordi Penella, Machining Product Manager at FUCHS, gave the presentation "Innovation in Developing and Monitoring Machining Fluids", which addressed the criteria that influence choosing a soluble fluid; key aspects of its monitoring and, lastly, advanced technologies in the development of lubricants that meet the needs arising from Industry 4.0 and E-mobility, the sector's main challenges.
During the fair, FUCHS gave away a fun and endearing token to visitors at its stand in the form of a caricature, which reflects the close link between the brand and its customers.
