FUCHS presents its new range of hydraulic fluids

The RENOLIN B HP Series fluid family is certified by Bosch Rexroth RFT- APU-CL.

Next-generation hydraulic equipment allows work to be performed in high severity conditions although, to do so, they need fluids and other solutions that, while meeting the quality standards, are subject to the requirements and needs of this type of equipment. These include operating pressures of 300 to 500 bar, pump speeds of up to 4000 rpm, smaller tanks and increasingly shorter retention times in both moving and standing machinery.

In this regard, the traditional ISO HLP quality standards may be insufficient to guarantee the performance required by such new requirements. This is how the demanding Bosch Rexroth RFT-APU-CL test came to be: a closed-circuit using a combination of A4 VG045 EP hydraulic pump and A6VM060 EP hydraulic motor, which is subjected to a 500-bar pressure for 500 hours at temperatures of 100 ºC and pump speeds of 4000 rpm.

With the aim of continuing to contribute to the development of fluids and solutions that obtain maximum performance from all industrial equipment, FUCHS has developed the new RENOLIN B HP Series that meets the highest quality certifications DIN 51524-2: HLP; ISO 6743-4: HM; Bosch Rexroth RDE90245 and US Steel 127,136. The main benefits of the RENOLIN B HP Series include:
