FUCHS presents its latest developments for the metalworking industry at the BIEMH
Our experts offered personalized advice and presented new specialized products for various processes in one of the largest fairs in the sector.
Coinciding with the celebration of our 50th anniversary in Spain, we have strengthened our position in the metalworking industry with further involvement in the BIEMH, the Biennial International Machine-Tool Exhibition.
Held from 28 May to 1 June, this fair brought together leading industry experts in an event noted for its specialization and technological advances. Among them, FUCHS presented its latest developments specifically designed as solutions for various processes:
- ECOCOOL 700 Series: High-performance machining and grinding fluids, free of boron and formaldehyde. With no hazard labelling, requiring special storage conditions.
- ECOCOOL GLOBAL 10 PLUS: The most advanced technology for alloys with difficult machinability, including the aerospace industry. Recommended and approved by DMG MORI, a FUCHS group technology partner.
- ECOCUT MIKRO PLUS 20 | PLANTO MIKRO 85: Lubricants specially developed for the MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) System. Greater savings and safety in machining processes.
- RENOLIN B HP Series: Hydraulic fluids for a new era. Approved by Bosch Rexroth RFT- APU-CL.
- RENEP CGLP Series: Advanced lubricants of universal application for the latest generation of guides and linear guidance systems.
- RENOLIT HI-SPEED 2: Machine-tool head lubricating grease. Developed for high operating speeds.
- GLEITMO Series: High-efficiency dry film lubricants. Reduction of friction and surface wear.
- ANTICORIT TRIPLE PROTECTION: Maximum corrosion protection for transporting materials in the most adverse conditions.
- GEARMASTER LXG 00 | RENOLIN UNISYN CLP Series: Gear lubrication in industrial robot joints. Aimed at optimizing maintenance costs and guaranteeing the availability of lubricated equipment.
At the 2018 event, according to data from the organization, the BIEMH recorded more than 42,000 visitors, which represents an increase of 5% over its previous event.
For its part, the FUCHS stand was very busy throughout the event and was the centre of attention for our customers, who were also provided with an individualized expert consulting service at the stand by our specialists.
The final balance of the fair was "very positive because not only did we received a large number of visitors but we were also able to meet the requests of our customers and potential customers by offering the ideal solution to each of their processes", stated Dr Félix Musitu, FUCHS North Area Manager.
