“Riding the Trend”--2019 FUCHS China Industrial Lubricants Distributors’ Annual Conference Held Successfully
On April 26, 2019, FUCHS China’s annual distributor conference of industrial lubricants was held in Le Méridien Suzhou, Suzhou Bay, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Nearly one hundred distributor partners from all over the nation gathered at this grand event, celebrating a successful year with FUCHS and looking ahead to future prospects.
Mr. Zhu Qingping, CEO of FUCHS China, Dr. Thomas Christmann, Vice President of Global Sales Strategy of Industrial Lubricants at FUCHS PETROLUB SE, and Mr. Liu Jingkui, Vice President of Industrial Sales at FUCHS China, attended this conference and each delivered a themed speech.
As stated by Mr. Zhu, 2019 is going to be a turning point in terms of technological and economic transformation, not only for China, but also for the entire world. Under these circumstances, there are inevitable challenges while FUCHS seeks to grow its business. Change brings opportunities. Through internal improvement of culture, strategy and structure, we can ride the trend in this changing environment. The success of FUCHS would not have been possible without the support and contribution of our fellow distributor partners. Together, we join hands on our journey through the “2025” plan.
FUCHS is now putting more focus on globalization, which comes with very significant benefits. By fully implementing the concepts of sharing and utilizing FUCHS’ global resources, strong growth for FUCHS China’s business is guaranteed. We were honored to have Dr. Thomas Christmann in attendance at this year’s conference. He pointed out that in the future, the global sales focus of industrial lubricants will not be on the product alone, but also the values created by lubricating—which is also what our customers really need. What we will have to do is to get closer to our clients, explore their needs, and thus offer the perfect lubricant solutions. We cannot meet this goal without the support of our distributor partners who are closer to the customers, as well as the cooperation with the industrial lubricant business development division.
Mr. Liu Jingkui once again clarified our development strategies for industrial lubricants distributors, making it clear that it will be a win-win situation only if FUCHS and its distributors empower each other. He also pointed out that the industrial lubricants team of FUCHS China is going to provide more opportunities and greater support to our fellow distributors. As for core distributors, we will provide strong growth-driving factors from four different aspects. At the same time, we also hope that FUCHS China's fellow industrial lubricants distributors can take an active approach in knowledge-gaining, transformation and growth, hence becoming image ambassadors for the FUCHS brand.
This year’s annual distributor conference was held during the new Suzhou plant’s inauguration. Participating distributors visited the smart factory built in compliance with the world’s highest standards. The plant is equipped with an industry-leading, advanced automatic high-bay warehouse, a fully-automatic filling line conveyor system, as well as a brand-new SAP system and highly-integrated new systems, establishing a powerful engineering core for the entire plant. With the establishment and operation of the smart plant in Suzhou, distributors’ confidence in future development is further strengthened, boosting all involved parties towards the goal of FUCHS’ “2025” new journey!
