FUCHS Unveils “Precision Lubricants Change” Strategy, Voicing Its Commitment to “Refuse Wrong Lubricants”

The industry is facing customer losses and falling profits as the automotive aftermarket shrinks in size, competition intensifies and lubricant costs rise. With a focus on end customers, the “Precision Lubricants Change” strategy launched by FUCHS aims to help repair shops provide “Precision Lubricants Change” service for car owners to avoid engine problems and safety risks caused by the use of wrong lubricants. “Precision Lubricants Change” Through Five Strategic Upgrades

Focusing on “Precision Lubricants Change”, Gao Xuemei, VP sales of Automotive Aftermarket Division, announced five strategic upgrades for FUCHS in the automotive aftermarket.

1. Service upgrade

The “FUCHS Precision Lubricants Change” WeChat mini program will be further upgraded as part of an effort to build the most accurate and professional database in the lubricants industry. Based on the mini program, FUCHS will also create a standardized service process in the automotive aftermarket to “inspect the vehicle before changing lubricants”, so as to significantly improve data reliability for lubricant changes.

2. Image upgrade

A new brand avatar, Precision Lubricants Change Engineer FuSir, will be introduced to help customers find the best-suited solution. His OK gesture conveys professionalism of FUCHS and instills confidence.

3. Product upgrade

​FUCHS will, as always, match the needs of OEM customers precisely, meeting ever-increasing performance requirements with constant technology upgrades.

4. Event upgrade

A series of events revolving around “Precision Lubricants Change” are upcoming. In addition to the already mature “Fuel Your Way Skill Competition” and “Go Into FUCHS”, the company will ramp up its efforts in live streaming for a full upgrade across content and features.

5. Repair shop upgrade

A model room for the “FUCHS Precision Lubricants Change” repair shop was unveiled at the event, which visualizes the “Precision Lubricants Change” concept offline through a unified design upgrade of storefront signs, reception desks, display shelves and more.

 

Blue Cap Movement With A Solemn Commitment

The event reached a passionate climax when Mrs.Gao invited everyone to put on a blue cap and join the “Precision Lubricants Change” alliance.
