ECOCOOL GLOBAL 3500 is a water-miscible machining and grinding coolant intended for use in cast iron, nodular iron and low alloy steel applications.  Based on Fuchs’ patented technology it provides benefits to Operations, Maintenance,
Purchasing, EH&S and Quality Management.  

ECOCOOL GLOBAL 3500 helps maximize operational productivity and improves the work environment while providing costs savings.

ECOCOOL GLOBAL 3500 contains a novel lubricity package that makes it especially effective while being free of boron, secondary amines, chlorinated paraffins, formaldehyde release biocides and other restricted chemicals.

Application

ECOCOOL GLOBAL 3500 is mixed with water for use. Typical in use concentration is 5% but your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation. When mixing, always add ECOCOOL GLOBAL 3500 concentrate to water. The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 7°C – 32°C (45°F – 90°F). Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
