RENOFORM DMO 5035

High-performance cold forming lubricant

RENOFORM DMO 5035 is a high-performance, modern metal forming lubricant used for very difficult cold forming operations. It is used for metal forming in difficult operations on carbon steel and stainless steel.

RENOFORM DMO 5035 contains a large number of anti-wear additives, is characterized by excellent lubricating properties that improve the efficiency of forming processes. During pressing, it protects the surface of the sheet metal and punches and dies from wear. When bending pipes, it protects the surface of the pipe and mandrels from wear, limits the number of downtimes for lubrication, because its lubricating ability is sufficient for a longer forming time. It reduces friction, reduces the energy required for the process, reduces costs not only for energy, but also for tool changes and downtime.

RENOFORM DMO 5035 provides what a well-designed, modern forming lubricant should provide to the customer. Its recipe was designed in collaboration with cold rolling mill technologists, press mill technologists and materials engineers.
