RENOCAST AP 4002 C

(formerly BITEEREX 2)

Performance Features

  • emulsion concentrate
  • good parting effect
  • economical in use

Description

RENOCAST AP 4002 C is a mineral-oil-based bitumen release agent with emulsifying additives. Watery emulsions of this product reliably prevent the adherence of bitumen and asphalt.

Field of application

Transport vehicles, loading buckets, machinery, etc.

Method of application

RENOCAST AP 4002 C is delivered in concentrated form which is applied in practice at a ratio of 1:10 after being mixed in water (not vice versa). The emulsion thus formed should be used within one shift. Should a segregation of the mixture occur after a longer idle time the emulsion can be re-stabilized in a repeated mixing operation. Besides its parting function RENOCAST AP 4002 C also offers a good temporary protection against corrosion for ferrous metals. It may not be mixed with oils, solvents, etc.

Note

- The storage period should not exceed 2 years
- Store barrels on their sides
- Reseal packaging after removal
- Preliminary trials required
- Before use, check whether the criteria in the operating instructions for the system/device are met

Note the WHG and EC safety data sheet! Prior to its use on rubber-tire rollers, seals, etc., the compatibility with the elastomers should be verified. The product may not come in contact with zinc or galvanised materials.
