Description
TITAN ATF 6009 was especially developed withreduced viscosity to optimise the performance oflatest-generation ZF 8 and 9-speed automatictransmissions. ZF is a major supplier of driveline andchassis technology, with its automatic transmissionsbeing used by many OEMs across the globe. Due tothe individual design and technical requirementseach transmission needs to achieve, it is essentialthat the appropriate ATF is specified in order toensure that the transmission performs to its potential,providing an efficient and a reliable operationthroughout its lifetime. Thanks to its modern BluEVTechnology formulation, the product TITAN ATF 6009meets the requirements of conventional as well ashybrid drivetrains. TITAN ATF 6009 was developedfor an outstanding friction coefficient stability and anexcellent shifting performance. It also providesultimate wear protection and NVH protection. Sustainability meets performance. This product isbased on selected sustainable raw materials whichleads to a reduced Product Carbon Footprint (PCF).
Application
TITAN ATF 6009 is suitable for use with certain ZF 8-and 9-speed automatic transmissions in BMWs andHondas. TITAN ATF 6009 was originally developedfor conventional applications but additionally fulfillsthe requirements in selected hybrid applicationsaccording to the manufacturers specifications. BluEVTechnology therefore builds the bridge betweenexisting and new lubricant applications. TITAN ATF 6009 is miscible and compatible withconventional, branded ATFs. However, mixing withother transmission oils should be avoided in order tofully exhaust this product’s benefits. A complete oildrain is recommended before converting to TITANATF 6009.
