ANTICORIT UNI FI
Coextruded plastics up to 5 layers with high vapour phase corrosion protection.
More than 50 % reduction in plastic consumption.
Properties
ANTICORIT UNI-FI is a PE film which contains a com-bination of VCI-inhibitors for the protection of iron, steel, copper, brass, bronze, aluminium and other met-als.
ANTICORIT VCI UNI-FI protects metals through direct contact and vapor actions. The VCI vaporizes and then settles on the metal surface, protecting also hard to reach areas as drill holes, crevices etc.
Application
ANTICORIT UNI-FI film is recommended for iron-and non-iron metal parts. It can be used as common com-mercial PE-film. The film is heat-sealable and can be applied with all types of manual or automated standard packaging equipment for wrapping or stretching. Bags are used for spare parts, electrical or electronic components. CKD parts are protected by shrouds or liners for shipping containers. Coils, pipes, profiles or wires will be stretch-wrapped with ANTICORIT VCI UNI-FI.
