RENISO UltraCool 68
The synthetic product RENISO UltraCool 68 is used in refrigeration systems with ammonia, working at evaporating temperatures to < -45 °C. Thanks to its thermal stability, RENISO UltraCool 68 prevents the formation of oil and sludge deposits in the compressor. This enables the maintenance costs of the refrigeration plant (filter replacement, inspection work, etc.) to be reduced considerably.
RENISO UltraCool 68 also shows an exceptionally low evaporation rate, much lower than that of conventional hydrotreated mineral oils. In practice, this means that there is less oil loss in the compressor (low oil carry-over) resulting in lower refill volumes.
RENISO UltraCool 68 combines good flow properties at low temperatures and stability at high temperatures with excellent elastomer compatibility properties (CR sealants).
