RENOCLEAN FDC 4001

Description

RENOCLEAN FDC 4001 is a highly alkaline phosphate-containing cleaner for cleaning of medical components, mainly during the production but also for the maintenance of medical equipment and rooms.

RENOCLEAN FDC 4001 is applied in immersion and ultrasonic cleaning systems, as well as manually.

RENOCLEAN FDC 4001 is designed for cleaning of steel, stainless steel, cast iron, titanium, magnesium and plastics. For sensitive materials, a compatibility test is recommended.

RENOCLEAN FDC 4001 has a very good wetting behaviour and a high dirt carrying capacity. It favors a spot-free drying after sufficient rinsing with appropriate water quality.

RENOCLEAN FDC 4001 is adjusted to emulsify and may not be disposed of via oil separators. For make-up and supplement of RENOCLEAN FDC 4001 we recommend the use of demineralized water to avoid stain or corrosion caused by ingredients of the water. In less critical cases, water with a max. Hardness of 15 °dH can be used. RENOCLEAN FDC 4001 can be classified as not skin irritating (BUS skin tolerance test July 2012 in a solution of 6%).
