SOK 128 is a concrete release agent which is suitable for all absorbent and non-absorbent formwork. The aromatic compounds in the contained solvent have been extracted to a great degree which has a positive effect on the formation of odours.
Field of application
SOK 128 is suitable for all formwork, e.g. planed wooden formwork, steel formwork, film- and plastic-lined panels, polysulphide matrixes, and ABS-lined systems.
Method of application
A thin and uniform coat of SOK 128 is applied with a brush or a suitable spraying device (with T jet nozzle SS 800067) to the clean and dry formwork. Consumption for non-absorbent formwork 50 - 100 m²/l, for absorbent formwork 30 - 60 m²/l. SOK 128 may not be diluted with water, oils, or solvents - the delivered concentration is ready for use!
- storage temperature not below -5 °C
- the storage period should not exceed 1 year
- store barrels on their sides
- reseal packaging after removal, e.g. to prevent the active substances from escaping at increased temperatures.
Note the WHG and EC safety data sheet! The product may not come in contact with zinc or galvanised materials.
