<Notice of Price Adjustment>

Effective April 1, 2026, FUCHS Japan Ltd. will implement price adjustments on certain lubricants products, where necessary.
This decision was made after careful consideration of recent cost increases and supply conditions. We remain committed to

maintaining the high quality and performance you expect from our products, while continuing our efforts to ensure stable supply

and responsible cost management.

[Determination of Sales Prices]

The unit prices of the products shall be determined through mutual consultation between the seller and the buyer.
However, if circumstances arise whereby delivery at the agreed unit prices becomes difficult due to increases

in raw material, energy, or other costs resulting from changes in laws or regulations, economic conditions, war,

or other extraordinary circumstances, the seller shall consult with the buyer regarding a revision of such prices.

Any agreed increase shall be borne by the buyer.

Furthermore, due to the above-mentioned circumstances, there may be cases where delivery is delayed or delivery itself becomes impossible.

In such cases, the seller shall promptly notify the buyer and, through mutual consultation, determine the appropriate course of action.
