Ecocool IGS 300 is a soluble, general-purpose, water-soluble cutting fluid based on synthetic esters that does not contain boron or mineral oil.
- It has low foaming properties even when diluted in soft water.
- The product complies with Japanese laws and regulations. This product does not contain boron or mineral oil, and is PRTR-free.
- Maintains cleanliness of machined parts, machining room, and work environment by reducing stickiness.
- Excellent separability against contamination by sliding surface oil.
- Long-term stability of the diluent characteristics reduces disposal costs and the use of tank-side disinfectants.
- Suitable for machining of iron, aluminum and copper alloys (turning, milling, drilling, tapping, reaming, deep hole drilling).
