Product description
PLANTOCUT 50 N is a light, ester-based cutting oil with no chlorine, sulphur or phosphorus.
Application areas
PLANTOCUT 50 N is recommended for difficult cutting processing in all steel grades, titanium, aluminium, copper and its alloys. The product also works excellently for plastic processing and for minimum lubrication where a high film strength and low friction is required.

Product description Delivers excellent lubrication, contributing to a high surface quality on machined components and minimal tool wear. The product has a very high flash point and produces minimal oil mist. PLANTOCUT 50 N is based on renewable raw materials and is biodegradable.
Tests and approvals
Degradability: The base fluid is easily biodegradable according to OECD 301F. Renewability: Comprises >90 % renewable raw materials. Toxicity in relation to aquatic organisms is low.
Handling and storage
Avoid skin contact. In the event of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Dispose of used oil at a recycling station or equivalent. Store the product indoors, at a temperature of between 5°C and 30°C. Safety data sheets are available on www.fuchs.com/no or supplied on request.
