RENOLIT NOVA HV
Description
RENOLIT NOVA HV is a polymer thickened grease based on advanced technology.
The product is formulated using a high viscous, fully synthetic PAO base oil.
The polymer grease has exceptionally good performance in wet and aggressive environments and is optimized for applications with high loads.
The grease has been shown in tests to have superior performance compared to lithium complex greases, which provides longer operating time and lower maintenance cost.
Application
RENOLIT NOVA HV is based on a technology that is completely different from conventional greases.
The product has a unique ability to adjust the thickness of the lubricating film to the speed and load.
The inert properties of the polymer makes the grease completely compatible with other types of grease thickeners and gives a high resistance to
various process liquids. This means that the product can be used in many different applications and also to rationalize the number of products in use.
RENOLIT NOVA HV is recommended for applications with high load, also in wet and aggressive environments. E.g. bearings in vira presses within pulp and paper industry, bearing lubrication in steel industry, joints and links with high loads etc.
Advantages
- RENOLIT NOVA HV has extended operation time, good adhesion and high load capacity.
- Wide temperature range: -30 to +120 °C.
- Extremely good lubricating properties in wet and aggressive environment. E.g. flushed with process fluids in pulp and paper production or metalworking industries
- Minimizes wear, which means long life for components and much lower maintenance costs.
- Compatible with many sensitive materials such as aluminum, elastomers and ceramics.
- Wide range of applications, both with regard to materials and applications and its ability to adapt to different operating conditions provides great opportunities for rationalization.
- The product is easily pumpable and works well in central lubrication systems.
Handling and storage
Avoid skin contact. In the event of contact with skin, wash with soap and water. Dispose of used grease at
a recycling station or equivalent. Safety data sheets are available on www.fuchs.com/se or supplied on request.
