Description
LUBRODAL F 31 EB is a sprayable die lubricant for the warm forging of steel. LUBRODAL F 31 EB is based on a selection of types of graphite which have various particle sizes. The high percentage of the finest particles ensures effective coverage of surfaces, while the coarser particles provide maximum temperature resistance. LUBRODAL F 31 EB is a cost-effective method of solving the technical production problems encountered with forge presses.
Method of application
LUBRODAL F 31 EB is an efficient lubricant for warm forging processes of steel. LUBRODAL F 31 EB is a concentrate and must be diluted with water before application. It can be applied via suitable spraying systems or by spray pistols. The mixture must be stirred continuously in order to avoid settling out of graphite.
Note
The optimum rate of dilution has to be determined in practice. Depending on the parts and the metalworking process the dilution ratio usually is 1:3 up to 1:20.
