Description
HYKOGEEN EP 10 is a casting works additive with excellent lubricating and gliding properties.HYKOGEEN EP 10 contains sophisticated basic components, chemically pure colloid graphite, a carefully coordinated bundle of additives and adhesion additives all free of heavy metals and chlorine.
Field of application
HYKOGEEN EP 10 has been found to obtain the best results in lubricating ejector pins and slide guides on pressure die casting moulds.HYKOGEEN EP 10 can also be used as an anti-sticking paste on hot cores and mould parts.
Application
HYKOGEEN EP 10 is easy to use and should be applied sparingly to the warm mould parts with a brush.
Note
HYKOGEEN EP 10 can be diluted with fine light oils or naphta and then applied by spraying on. The flash point depends on the particular oil used for dilution.
