Description
GEARMASTER HPGO-Oils are based on mineral oil and contain high-performance additives which protect from wear also under extreme operational conditions. The plastic deformation technology leads to a wearless running-in process resulting in a considerable smoothing effect of the surface roughness. Even under extreme load conditions, on rough surfaces and pre-damaged material surfaces the formation of high-performance protection layers is warranted. These protection layers reliably prevent wear on the wetted machine elements, even under extreme operating conditions.
Field of application
GEARMASTER HPGO-Oils are used in industrial gear boxes subject to high loads, e.g. spur gears, bevel gears and planetary gears. GEARMASTER HPGO-Oils are used especially under extreme working conditions to reduce wear and friction. Furthermore they can be used on pre-damaged surfaces in gears to increase the lifetime.
Method of application
GEARMASTER HPGO-Oils reduce friction significantly. Therefore, the temperature level of the gears can be lowered and the operating time of the oil can be ex-tended. GEARMASTER HPGO-Oils are even with high tempera-tures stable for a long time.
Note
GEARMASTER HPGO-Oils meet the requirements according to DIN 51 517-3 (CLP).
