VITROLIS IS X100 UV
Synthetic Lubricant for Glass Container manufacturing equipment
VITROLIS IS X100 UV is formulated on the highly successful ATLAS X220, (synthetic I.S. machine lubricant), chemistry.
Manufactured from a complex mix of synthetic base fluids and compounded with highly sophisticated performance enhancing additives. By varying the ratios of the base fluids a wide range of viscosity variants of the ATLAS X220 formulation can be produced.
The additive systems utilised – antiwear, EP, antioxidants, etc., are identical to those used in the original X220 formulation.
As a consequence the major benefits of ATLAS X220, including extremely low carbon forming tendencies, outstanding resistance to thermal/oxidative degradation and superior lubricity and wear protection; are retained.
Products within the range can be utilised for a very wide cross section of lubricant applications with the most appropriate viscosity being selected based on pumpability, flow rates, injection timings etc.
