Bio-stable Cleaner with Corrosion Prevention
Description
RENOCLEAN 9051 is an effective mildly alkaline liquid cleaning compound especially for use with machined parts. It removes metal fines and stubborn soils. It prevents corrosion from ferrous steel surfaces and is safe for use on galvanized, and soft metals.
RENOCLEAN 9051 tolerates a wide variety and large volume of soils before dumping is required. If left unrinsed it provides an undetectable film that prevents corrosion for significant durations on parts for in-plant storage. The protective residue will not adversely affect heat treat or surface hardening treatments.
RENOCLEAN 9051 is bio-stable and resists microbial growth. This feature extends bath-life, further promotes the anticorrosion protection, and promotes general plant safety and comfort when working with this cleaner.
RENOCLEAN 9051 does not contain chelating agents, so will not interfere with waste treatment.

How to Use
Depending upon soil condition and desired corrosion prevention, use RENOCLEAN 9051 diluted in water at 2 to 12% by volume. Best anti-corrosion protection occurs if parts are dried well after processing.
