ECO DRAW HV
Water-soluble synthetic metalforming lubricant
ECO DRAW HV is a water-soluble synthetic lubricant for use in deep drawing operations. Lubricity performance and residue levels can be adjusted through dilutions with water. It is very effective in single-hit deep draw operations such as those that form bumpers, sinks, bath tubs, and lawn mower decks.
ECO DRAW HV provides very good indoor corrosion protection for in-process storage of steel parts. ECO DRAW HV can improve post-processes such as welding, housekeeping, and part finishing.
How to Use
ECO DRAW HV is used diluted with water. Better water quality (hardness below 200 ppm) will provide best results but is can be used in hard water. Typical use rate is 1:1 to 5:1. Your FUCHS representative can work with you to optimize the most efficient dilution and application techniques.
The product should be stored in its original sealed container at temperatures between 45°F– 90°F.
Safety data sheets are available. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
- Provides excellent lubricating properties that protect parts and tooling
- Clean to work with. Reduces housekeeping and hazardous slippery floors
- Versatile performance on a variety of metals
- Film is extremely easy to remove in most wash systems.
- Usually cleaner use and temperature can be reduced
- Can usually be welded without washing. It does not generate smoke
How to Clean
Residual films are readily cleaned from parts with RENOCLEAN alkaline cleaners and most appliance and automotive pretreatment cleaners. Your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
