CASSIDA COOLANT
Beschreibung
CASSIDA COOLANT ist ein Frost- und Korrosionsschutz-Konzentrat auf der Basis von Propylenglykol, welches für geschlossene Kühlsysteme in der Lebensmittel- und Getränkeindustrie entwickelt worden ist. Es ist von NSF registriert (Klasse H1) für Anwendungen, bei denen ein unbeabsichtigter Kontakt des Kühlmittels mit Nahrungsmitteln nicht vollständig ausgeschlossen werden kann (lubricant with incidental food contact). Hergestellt nach FLT Qualitätsstandards in Anlagen, in denen HACCP und GMP implementiert wurden und einen integralen Bestandteil der Qualitäts- und Hygiene-Management Systeme nach ISO 9001 und ISO 21469 bilden.

- Um den Korrosionsschutz voll zu gewährleisten, muss die Konzentration mindestens 30% CASSIDA COOLANT betragen (selbst wenn der gewünschte Kälteschutz schon mit einer niedrigen Konzentration erreicht würde)
Anwendungsbereich
- Wird je nach Anwendung und der gewünschten Betriebstemperatur mit weichem Trinkwasser aufgemischt. Falls dieses nicht verfügbar ist, sollte destilliertes oder demineralisiertes Wasser verwendet werden.
- Die notwendigen Daten zur Systemberechnung sind aus den Tabellen ersichtlich.
- Einsatz in Sekundär-, Kühl- oder Heizsystemen in der Lebensmittel- und Getränkeindustrie
- Einsatz in geschlossenen Kühlsystemen, speziell wenn ein unbeabsichtigter Kontakt mit dem Nahrungsmittel nicht vollständig ausgeschlossen werden kann
