ECOCOOL 65 CU is free of boron, secondary amines, chlorinated paraffins,formaldehyde-releasing biocides and other critical components that can often lead to restrictions in various countries.
ECOCOOL 65 CU does not contain substances that may cause allergic reactions.
ECOCOOL 65 CU helps maximize operational productivity and improves the work environment while providing costs savings.
The pH value of ECOCOOL 65 CU in use is stable overtime, compared to the standard products. As a result, a strong resistance to bacterial proliferation is guaranteed.
ECOCOOL 65 CU is particularly suitable for machining brass and eco-brass.Reduces the solubilization of alloy elements,limiting the formation of insoluble lead soaps.
ECOCOOL 65 CU does not change color, even after prolonged use over time.

Application
ECOCOOL 65 CU is mixed with water for use. Typical in use concentration is 6% but your local FUCHS representative can provide you with specific recommendations for your operation.
When mixing, always add ECOCOOL 65 CU concentrates to water. Before handling, read the product information and safety data sheets for proper handling and health hazard information.
Top-up is usually done between 1% and 3%, depending on the material machined, enviromental condictions and fluid temperature, machine tool layout.
