TITAN ABSORPEX

Description
TITAN ABSORPEX is made of granules containing spherical pores, mainly consisting of calcium silicate hydrates (Tobermorite) with a high absorbency of 60 – 150 % of its own weight. TITAN ABSORPEX absorbs (physically or chemically) organic and inorganic compounds like oils, used oils, greases, lubricants, alkaline solutions, paints, varnishes, solvents, hydrocarbons, saturated hydrocarbons also as aqueous and polar liquids. Avoid contact with strong acids and oxidizing agents! TITAN ABSORPEX has been successfully used by fire and oil brigades, by industrial and commercial companies, in road and railway traffic, for tank cleaning, and others. TITAN ABSORPEX is certified as Oil Binder Type III R – also suitable for use on road-surfaces according to the “Requirements for oil binders” of the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety. This type is for special uses on solid undergrounds and on traffic areas.
