Description
RENOCAST V 9020 is a highly fluid smoothening and subsequent treatment agent for fresh concrete and mortar surfaces. The product allows an easy smoothening of the fresh surfaces. Furthermore RENOCAST V 9020 offers a temporary evaporation protection. The product’s color is reddish for an optimum inspection during spraying and prevention of mix-ups with release agents.
RENOCAST V 9020 meets the requirements regarding frost/de-icing salt based on the CDF test procedure as per RILEM Recommendation TC117-FDC and the assessment according to the German Federal Agency for Water Construction ('BAW', frost testing of concrete and the compressive strength as per DIN EN 12390 (Dyckerhoff Inspection Report 17-00185).
Field of application
Precasting plants and construction sites; for economical production of smooth, non-porous and homogeneous concrete surfaces. RENOCAST V 9020 minimizes the formation of cracks.
Method of application
RENOCAST V 9020 is applied uniformly, before scraping, to the fresh concrete and mortar surfaces using a suitable spraying device (with Unijet nozzle SS 800067).
