Popis
GLEITMO 155 je bílá, hladká, dobře roztíratelná vysokoteplotní pasta nejnovější generace. Speciální syntetický olej s velkým množstvím kombinace bílých pevných maziv GLEITMO dává této pastě vysoké mazací a výjimečné separační vlastnosti. Čistě syntetický nosný olej se postupně odpařuje při trvalé teplotě nad 160 °C. vytvoří se suchý film, který působí jako mazací a separační vrstva za podmínek mezního tření až do 1200 °C. GLEITMO 155 v podstatě neobsahuje těžké kovy, chlór, fluor a síru.
Oblasti použití
GLEITMO 155 bylo vyvinuto především pro mazání vysokoteplotních závitových spojů. Je také ideální pro nerezové šrouby. Příklady: svorníky turbin, šrouby ve výfukových systémech, horké šrouby v chemickém průmyslu a v rafineriích. GLEITMO 155 se může používat také jako separační prostředek pro těsnění ve vysokoteplotních aplikacích (např. šroubované příruby).
Metoda aplikace
Naneste GLEITMO 155 v tenké stejnoměrné vrstvě na očištěný povrch za použití kartáče, štětce nebo hadříku, který nepouští vlákna.
