Global Organisation - FUCHS is a family controlled, global organisation established in 1931, with headquarters in Manheim, Germany. Ranked the world’s number one independent lubricants producer, the Australian subsidiary has manufacturing plants in Melbourne and Newcastle, and multiple offices throughout Australia and New Zealand. Growth / Success - Over the past decade, global sales have almost doubled to EUR 2.2B in 2016. Committed to invest in Australian manufacturing and infrastructure FUCHS remains committed to local development and manufacturing. With two technical and manufacturing centres, and offices across Australia and New Zealand, FUCHS continues to invest locally with $35M in self-funded capital projects committed between 2014-17 including a purpose built facility in Beresfield, NSW, upgrades to grease manufacturing facilities and Victorian warehousing operations.

Modern Technology - FUCHS utilises modern technology to handle and optimise our business process. Our IT department provides modern applications and premium hardware to employees, and remote connectivity is available where required.

Induction - We pride ourselves on our induction process and look to continually improve the experience of new employees coming into the FUCHS family. With the initial experience based in the Corporate Head Office, all new staff are welcomed into the business with a formal program, including corporate overviews, meet & greet discussions & site tours.

Career Development & Diversity - FUCHS employees are encouraged to develop their skills and careers. We offer regular performance reviews, tailored training programs and career development planning. Individual and company performance is assessed and rewarded via key performance indicators and is linked to the employee incentive scheme. We offer a diverse range of roles through multiple disciplines including, but not limited to manufacturing, administration, technical and sales.
