FUCHS BluEV EDF 4101 is a Premium Performance Electric Driveline Fluid for direct cooled E-motors with a very high efficiency potential. FUCHS BluEV EDF 4101 is suitable for a large amount of hybrid and fully electric vehicles from Asian manufacturers. FUCHS BluEV EDF 4101 was specially designed to fit the high requirements of modern E-axles.
Application
FUCHS BluEV EDF 4101 is an Electrical Driveline Fluid (EDF) that has been specially developed for the usage in wet electric axles. EDF wet applications are characterized by the fact that the electric motor and transmission are combined in a unit, allowing the transmission oil to direct-cool the electric motor. This ensures high efficiency and optimal operating conditions. FUCHS BluEV EDF 4101 should only be used in EDF wet applications. FUCHS BluEV EDF 4101 is miscible and compatible with conventional, branded gear oils. However, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided in order to fully exhaust this product’s benefits. A complete oil drain is recommended before converting to FUCHS BluEV EDF 4101.
