Description
CARBAFLO KSP 105-80 is a fluorinated carrier fluid. It is clear and transparent, non-flammable and nontoxic. After its application the fluorinated carrier fluid evaporates leaving behind a correctly clean, almost invisible film.
Field of application
CARBAFLO KSP 105-80 reduces mechanical noise due to stick-slip effects in the passenger compartments of cars, e.g. leather creaking, squeaking of dashboard and interior panel. It is used to lubricate the window side guides, thus preventing judder. Furthermore CARBAFLO KSP 105-80 is used to maintain electric contacts.
Method of application
CARBAFLO KSP 105-80 is ideal for manual or robot-controlled sparying. It can be applied to a clean surface by spraying, wiping, or brushing. After its application CARBAFLO KSP 105-80 forms an invisible and not reactive lubricating film on the surface of the component. CARBAFLO KSP 105-80 can be applied in the produc-tion or assembly process.
