Description
ANTICORIT TX 11 LV is a non thixotropic, barium- and zincfree corrosion preventive based on low-aromatic base oils. The final film thickness is achieved shortly after application to keep drip off and drying times short. If packaging is done tightly, film weight remains constant even when applied at high temperatures. Consumption and staining due to too much oil can be kept low. ANTICORIT TX 11 LV is recommended for the final protection of mass-produced components, especially roller bearings. The low viscous, non-dripping film is compatible with commonly used subsequently-applied lubricants. Roller bearings do typically not need to be degreased prior to assembly.
Application
ANTICORIT TX 11 LV is applied via dipping and spraying. We recommend a temperature range between 20 °C and 70°C. Film thickness can be adjusted by varying the oil temperature at application. The valid safety regulations have to be taken into account. Despite its low viscosity, the flash point of ANTICORIT TX 11 LV is on a relatively high level to ensure the safe operation even when working at high temperatures.

Storage conditions
If sealed in the original container the product can be stored at temperatures between - 20 °C to + 40 °C for 36 months. The indication of a minimum period of storage does not include any guarantee of durability.
