FINANCE MANAGER

You main goal on this position is: Effective management of the supporting departments of the company (finance/accounting/controlling, customer service, warehouse), ensuring cost-effective financing of the company, adherence to budget through tight cost control and compliance.

Your areas of responsibility:

Finance & Accounting:

—Proper cash flow management (A/R, A/P, credits, loans, etc.)

—Approval of weekly bank transfers

—Customer credit control, approval of credit limits

—Communication with banks

—Communication with Group Treasury

—Support for cash collection (dunning process, etc.)

—Ensuring compliance with statutory and Group requirements

—Control accounting activities

—Control/preparation of tax declarations

—Contact person for authorities (tax, customs) and external auditors

—Preparation of local financial statements

—Preparation of monthly payroll process

—Support other departments in financial and taxation issues

Reporting, controlling:

—Preparation and execution of financial statements (IFRS) for the Group (BS, P&L, etc.) on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis

—Timely submission of reports requested by the Group

—Contact person to regional and Group controlling, tax, legal, compliance depts

—Preparation of budget and forecasts

—Communication with the financial administration and banks

—Communication with the concern controlling department

Other:

—Management of the finance and administration department

—Managining the warehouse (mange the employees 3 person, preparation oft he needed warehouse documantation)

Qualifications we are looking for:

—College/University degree, economic field

—Fluent in English.

—Min. 3 years’ experience on managerial position in finance

—Experienced economist with thorough knowledge of finance, accounting and controlling

—Communication skills

—Independent and responsible behavior

—Willingness to broaden knowledge

—Helpfulness Good leadership skills

—Pro-active approach, growth mindset

—Good social and communication skills

—Capable of working under pressure and in stressful conditions

—Capable of working independently, but strong team player if needed

—Efficient time management

—Experience with SAP is an advantage
