Pasty water-miscible drawing compound
Description
RENOFORM DSP 8007 (MF 9) is a water-miscible, pasty drawing lubricant containing various polar substances and lubrication components without solid matters. RENOFORM DSP 8007 (MF 9) is free of mineral oil as well as formaldehyde releasers and does not contain chlorine.
Application
RENOFORM DSP 8007 (MF 9) is sufficient for several forming operations on steel such as drawing and deep drawing of sheets but also for tube and bar drawing. It is also partly suitable for non-ferrous metals. We suggest checking compatibility with respective materials in previous test. RENOFORM DSP 8007 (MF 9) can be used pure or mixed with water in a recommended mixture ratio between 10% and 50%. The concentration has to be adapted to the respective application. An emulsion should be prepared in that way, that the water will be added slowly to the concentrate by moving steadily. Preferably the water being used should be warm. RENOFORM DSP 8007 (MF 9) can be applied to the work pieces by rolling, brushing or spraying.
Degreasing
RENOFORM DSP 8007 (MF 9) can be degreased with water-based alkaline cleaners.

Storage Conditions
RENOFORM DSP 8007 (MF 9) is sensitive to frost. If sealed in the original container it can be stored up to 6 months at temperatures between +5°C to +40°C. The indication of a minimum period of storage does not include any guarantee of durability.
