Description
Multigrade gear oil for synchromesh and nonsynchromesh gearboxes, as well as axles, transfer cases, intermediate transmissions and power takeoffs in vehicles and industrial machinery. AGRIFARM GEAR SAE 85W-140 provides optimal flowability at low temperatures. This ensures better cold starts and easy shifting in the warm-up period. During this, also a reduced fuel consumption is provided. Improved lubrication and excellent protection against wear. AGRIFARM GEAR SAE 85W-140 creates an EP lubricant film capable of withstanding severe loads. this ensures excellent protection against wear under any load, reduced gear noise, and optimal gear efficiency under full loads, i.e., even when the oil is very hot. Due to the excellent shear stability of AGRIFARM GEAR SAE 85W-140, the oil remains within the 85W-140 viscosity range even after very lng periods of use. The very high resistance to oxidation prevents oil thickening and deposits. The superior corrosion protection provided by AGRIFARM GEAR SAE 85W-140 protects against rust and attacking of non-ferrous metals. Very good compatibility with elastomers, i.e., the gears remain tight and oil loss does not occur.
Application
AGRIFARM GEAR SAE 85W-140 is miscible and compatible with conventional branded gear oils. However, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided in order to fully utilize the product’s benefits.
