Description
ECOCUT 110 M is a resistant non-chlorinated cutting oil for machining a variety of ferrous alloys. It is especially effective for stainless steels. ECOCUT 110 M does not contain chlorine, the traditional EP additive used for stainless steel. It has been replaced by new technology EP lubricants that provide comparable performance. Since the product is chlorine-free, disposal is easier.
The new technology EP package in ECOCUT 110 M offers superior tool life and finishes. Additives do not stain, so the product does not discolor ferrous metals. In addition, ECOCUT 110 M provides in-process corrosion protection to protect parts and equipment and has excellent heat transfer characteristics to contribute to close tolerances. ECOCUT 110 M can also be used for light to medium forming operations.
