FUCHS's New TITAN GT1 Series Debuts on the First Day of Automechanika Shanghai
The Automechanika Shangha 2019, the largest exhibition for automobile parts, maintenance and test equipment and service supplies in Asia, was held in the National Exhibition and Convention Centre (Shanghai) from December 3 to 6, 2019, attracting a number of domestic and foreign manufacturers and distributors from the automobile parts industry as well as automobile maintenance technicians.
On the first day of the exhibition, FUCHS Lubricants released a new TITAN GT1 series, which is a high-performance engine oil series specially designed for engines with different technical characteristics. Developed by FUCHS through joint efforts with world-renowned automobile manufacturers, the series is based on OEM initial filling engine oil using FUCHS's unique XTL® technology, and can maintain excellent performance throughout the life cycle even under extreme operating conditions.
The unveiling ceremony of the new TITAN GT1 series was attended by Zhu Qingping, CEO of FUCHS China, Gao Xuemei, Sales Vice President of Auto Retail at FUCHS China, Yang Zhiyuan, Marketing Director of FUCHS China, Ye Qun, Product Manager of Auto Retail at FUCHS China and customer representatives including Yang Dengfeng, General Manager of Linyi Tianli and Nie Dexing, General Manager of Tangshan Sifu.

In addition, the new TITAN GT1 series with low ash and low viscosity can meet application requirements of the latest technical specifications from different OEMs. Based on different application scenarios, the new series provides both "Professional version" and "Standard version".
Professional version - Focusing on application requirements of one OEM specification or OEM specifications of the same type. For example, the TITAN GT1 LONGLIFE IV 0W-20 "blue oil" designed for the Volkswagen Group (including Audi and Porsche) has been VW 508 00/509 00 certified, and it will be mandatory for the latest EA 211 and EA 888 engines.
Standard version - Maximize the application requirements of multiple OEM specifications. For example, TITAN GT1 FLEX 23 5W-30 meets ACEA C2/C3 and API SN specifications and has obtained BMW LONGLIFE 04, MB-APPROVAL 229.52, 229.51 and 229.31, GM Dexos 1 and VW 505 01 certifications. Besides, it conforms to the application requirements of a variety of European and American automobile models.
