In May 2004, FUCHS finished the integration in China. FUCHS Shanghai, FUCHS Yingkou and FUCHS Hefei merged into one company　—　FUCHS China. Based on the two plants, FUCHS China establishes 18 branch offices covering the key strategic cities.
