On January 27th, 2021, FUCHS China was awarded "2020 Quality Contribution Award" by Sichuan Ningjiang Shanchuan Machinery Co., Ltd. This is a great achievement for FUCHS China as it has won the prize out of intense competition with multiple suppliers of Shanchuan Machinery.
Sichuan Ningjiang Shanchuan Machinery Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of China Changan Automobile Group Co., Ltd., which belongs to China South Industries Group Corporation. The privately operated business of Ningjiang Shanchuan focuses on R&D and manufacture of automotive shock absorbers and precision welded pipes. Ningjiang Shanchuan is a leading professional corporation in China with its expertise in automotive shock absorbers and precision welded pipes when it comes to R&D and production capacity, as well as market shares.
FUCHS China and Ningjiang Shanchuan signed a strategic agreement of cooperation in 2014. According to the agreement, FUCHS will provide shock absorber oils and related lubrication solutions to Ningjiang Shanchuan. Since then, FUCHS China has impressed the customer and won its recognition with its superb-quality products and services, and its highly-efficient solutions. Moreover, FUCHS has managed to keep its 100% on-time delivery promise despite multiple challenges posed by COVID-19 in 2020: disruptions to production and turbulence of global supply chains, etc. on the one hand and a sheer 50% surge of output required by Ningjiang Shanchuan on the other. Facing these challenges, we proactively coordinated internal and external resources and ensured normal production and operation of the customer, which sticks to our promise of 100% delivery rate.
As a result, FUCHS China was awarded "2020 Quality Contribution Award" by Ningjiang Shanchuan, based on a comprehensive assessment of quality performance of products in the market, process quality and after-sales services among its supplier base in 2020, conducted by Ningjiang Shanchuan's quality assurance department. In the future, FUCHS China and Ningjiang Shanchuan will continue to focus on quality and make joint progress.
