2025 FUCHS China Automotive Aftermarket Distributors Conference Successfully Concluded in Zhuhai

On March 26, 2025 FUCHS China Automotive Aftermarket Distributors Conference was successfully held in Zhuhai. Distributor partners from all over the country and colleagues of FUCHS gathered together. Closely centered around the theme of "Bonding", we deeply analyzed the aftermarket trends and jointly painted a new blueprint for development.

 

Klaus Hartig, member of Executive Committee of FUCHS Group and Executive Vice President of FUCHS East Asia, although unable to attend the conference in person, sent warm greetings and sincere thanks to every distributor partner present via video. He also stated that FUCHS would empower the distributors in all aspects, sharing success with them.

Yu Zhihe, Senior Vice President of Sales Strategy of FUCHS China, on behalf of the management, commended the outstanding distributor partners from multiple dimensions such as sales, new business development, and marketing activities. The trophies not only carried honor but also represented FUCHS's deep respect for the hard work of its partners, further strengthening the cooperation bond and promoting in-depth communication and collaborative progress.

Zhu Qingping, member of Executive Committee of FUCHS Group and CEO of FUCHS China, based on the changes in the industry, clearly pointed out four major trends in the aftermarket: new mobility, digitalization, refined operation, and sustainability. Looking ahead to the aftermarket business in 2025, Mr. Zhu said that FUCHS China would focus on the "precision" strategy, making precise moves and breaking through the situation precisely. At the same time, Mr. Zhu solemnly promised the distributor partners that FUCHS was willing to be a solid backing for them, jointly facing risks, sharing innovation, providing empowerment and protection, and "bonding" for the future.

Krisztián Rada, Head of Automotive Aftermarket, said that the automotive aftermarket was the core business of the FUCHS Group, achieving double growth in both sales volume and revenue in 2024. Mr. Rada proudly shared the unique advantages of FUCHS with everyone: as the initial filling partner of many globally leading automakers, FUCHS has a strong lineup of cooperative OEMs, including both established players such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen, and new energy pioneers such as Tesla and BYD. Moreover, it holds a complete set of product certifications, ensuring quality. In the past year, FUCHS has won supplier awards from well-known companies such as Daimler, Volkswagen, ZF, and John Deere, demonstrating its strength. He also specifically mentioned that the FUCHS Group is full of confidence in the Chinese market and firmly believes that the "Chinese power" will boost FUCHS to new heights.

Gao Xuemei, Vice President of AAM Sales of FUCHS China, first expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the distributor partners who have accompanied and supported FUCHS all the way.

Looking back on 2024, the automotive aftermarket scale shrank due to the cold market, but FUCHS China broke through in the face of adversity with a strong growth momentum. Facing 2025, Ms. Gao said that FUCHS China would firmly grasp its core advantage as the initial filling oil supplier for German cars and deeply focus on the maintenance market of German cars such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and Volkswagen. She further elaborated on three core strategies in detail:

(1) In terms of products, create star products, such as TITAN 0W-20 blue oil customized for Volkswagen, exclusively certified transmission oils, and the sunroof grease that dominates more than 80% of the market share, directly addressing consumers' pain points.

(2) In terms of services, launch branded workstations, attracting attention with a friendly and bright design style. Integrate precise oil usage introductions, displays of star products, liquid maintenance tool kits, and demonstrations of initial filling capabilities to comprehensively improve the service experience.

(3) In terms of channels, expand into lower-tier markets and provide full-process escort support for distributor partners. Refine the channel development policies, steadily improve the comprehensive service capabilities, and ensure in-depth market cultivation.

 

At this conference, FUCHS and its distributor partners reached a consensus, clarified the direction, and gathered the strength of marching forward together through in-depth dialogue. Standing at a new starting point, FUCHS will, with all distributor partners, take "bonding" as the foundation and win with "precision", jointly writing a glorious chapter!
