Successful customer survey with impact!
Understanding the needs of our customers is important to us, as is learning which requirements and future challenges matter most to them. That’s why we specifically requested feedback as part of the 2025 customer survey.
Every response provides valuable insights that help us to continuously improve our products, services and customer support. At the same time, it helps us to make a positive impact. For every completed survey, we made a donation to UNICEF to support their emergency aid work for children. We increased the total amount donated to €2,000 to further strengthen UNICEF’s important work.
