Description
GLEITMO SFL 9524 is a Solid Film Lubricant consisting of a selected combination of solid lubricants and binders in an alcoholic solvent. GLEITMO SFL 9524 creates a very quickly drying, firmly adhering coating with a high resistance to pressure and wear and a wide operable temperature range.
Field of application
GLEITMO SFL 9524 improves running-in and serves as a lifetime lubrication for metal parts. After its application, GLEITMO SFL 9524 results very quickly in a touchproof coating with good abrasion resistance.
Application
Thoroughly degrease the components prior to the coating process. GLEITMO SFL 9524 is ideally applied by spraying and may be diluted with a suitable solvent to the requested viscosity.
For an improvement of the coating's adhesion and thus its durability, pretreatment of the parts by phosphating or sandblasting is recommended.
Notes
Stir well before use.
Shelf life: 12 months in closed original container at ambient temperature.
