Description
HYKOGEEN 87/43 is a stable, flowable dispersion of graphite in a mineral oil based carrier liquid.
HYKOGEEN 87/43 has excellent wetting and penetrating properties, ensuring a homogenous lubrication film on hot die surfaces. Ist excellent releasing properties result in significantly reduced press force and improver die life.
Field of application
HYKOGEEN 87/43 is used for extrusions in hot forging of steel (e.g. forging of valves).
Due to ist composition HYKOGEEN 87/43 is suitable for forging of mono and bi-metal valves of special alloys.
Method of application
HYKOGEEN 87/43 is ready for use and should be applied undiluted by drop lubrication.
