Description
LUBRODAL C 102 is an emulsion of modified oils in water with harmonised additives. It provides optimum lubrication and release effects even at high dilution ratios with water.
Due to reduced friction the material flow and surface quality can be improved, especially for complex parts.
Field of application
LUBRODAL C 102 can be used for lubrication and release in aluminium pressure die casting as well as in forging of steel and other metals.
LUBRODAL C 102 is also particularly suitable as a starting additive for circle lubrication baths.
Method of application
LUBRODAL C 102 is provided as a concentrate and can be diluted with water in every suitable ratio, depending on the application.
The ready dilution is applied homogenously with suit-able spraying systems.
Note
For the dilution of LUBRODAL C 102 with water, the following ratios are recommended:
For use as starting additive in circulation baths:
0,2 - 0,5 % in relation to the bath volume
Forging:
1 part LUBRODAL C 102 to 5 - 10 parts of water
Pressure die casting:
1 part LUBRODAL C 102 to 50 - 120 parts of water
The optimum dilution ratio has be determined in prac-tice.
